The Billing Co-Ordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Billing Manager, ensuring the efficient management of billing processes, client accounts, and supplier interactions.

The role involves maintaining accurate billing records, resolving and supporting on queries, and assisting with client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Billing Manager across a range of billing and account management activities.
  • Manage and process change of tenancy requests, ensuring accurate updates to billing systems and customer records.
  • Manage debt reminders, liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve balances.
  • Respond to and resolve supplier and client queries, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Provide supply transfer support, including resolving transfer issues, handling VAT declarations, and ensuring customer records are kept up to date.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including data cleansing and collation.
  • Carry out bill validation checks to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support billing operations.
  • General office admin.
