Billing Manager | £48,000–£55,000 + Benefits | West Yorkshire (Hybrid)

Lead a billing team. Protect revenue. Shape how a growing tech services business gets paid. Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning technology and managed services provider, trusted by organisations to deliver secure, high-performing IT and telecoms solutions. As they continue to scale, they're looking for an experienced Billing Manager to take ownership of their end-to-end billing function and lead a talented team of six. This is a brilliant opportunity for a billing professional who thrives on accuracy, loves a good spreadsheet, and wants genuine ownership of a function that sits right at the heart of the business.

Why this role?

  • Real ownership – you'll own the monthly billing cycle from start to finish, not just a slice of it.
  • A team to lead and grow – manage, coach and develop six billing professionals.
  • Variety that keeps things interesting – recurring billing, usage billing (CDR/SDR), margin assurance, supplier reconciliation and system improvement projects.
  • Influence across the business – work closely with Commercial, Operations, Projects and Finance, with a genuine mandate to improve processes, not just maintain them.
  • Hybrid working – flexibility to balance office collaboration with working from home.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
