- Own Billing: Continue to manage your own desk, developing clients, winning business and delivering placements across your chosen technology market.
- Market Development: Identify opportunities to grow into new European markets and leverage existing UK clients, relationships and areas of expertise.
- Recruitment Delivery: Support the team in delivering high-quality recruitment processes, from initial brief through to offer and placement.
- Coaching & Development: Help consultants develop their BD, delivery and commercial skills, sharing best practice and supporting individual career progression.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Work with the existing Billing Manager and wider leadership team to shape priorities and support the growth strategy for the European business.
- CRM & Compliance: Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure activity is aligned with GDPR, employment law and internal standards.
- Team Culture: Live our values of care, ambition and humility, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
