LSL Property Services plc is one of the UK’s leading providers of services to the property industry, bringing together a range of businesses and expertise across the residential surveying, estate agency and financial services markets. We are bringing together finance activities from across the Group into a central Finance Hub in Newcastle, creating more consistent ways of working and strengthening our finance operations. As part of this centralisation, we have created an exciting new opportunity for a Billing Operations Manager to join our Central Finance team.
Based in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, the Billing Operations Manager will lead and continuously improve billing operations across multiple divisions. This role ensures accurate and timely invoicing, strong controls, effective issue resolution, and a well-coached team that delivers reliable service to customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for strengthening cash discipline through accuracy, governance, and insights to prevent recurring issues.

What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, you will:
- Managing end-to-end billing and invoice production
- Ensuring billing controls, governance, and compliance
- KPI reporting and month-end analysis
- Process improvement and root cause analysis
- Leading and developing a small team
- Ensuring billing controls, governance, and compliance
- Stakeholder management across divisions
- Managing end-to-end billing and invoice production
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading an Accounts Receivable or Billing team
- Experience handling customer, account or transaction information with a good level of accuracy
- Experience creating KPI reporting
- Experience of process improvement
