Job Description
The Billing & Recharge Administrator is key to ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing and recovery of recharge costs for vehicle damage or negligence. You will manage the full billing lifecycle, handle disputes professionally, and maintain precise financial records. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You review damage assessments and calculate recharge amounts using the approved pricing matrix and policy
- You create and issue accurate recharge invoices to customers within agreed SLA timeframes
- You manage customer recharge disputes professionally, from receipt to resolution or escalation
- You ensure purchase orders and supplier invoices for repair work match job completion records
- You maintain accurate financial records and contribute to monthly recovery reporting
- You keep billing templates and communications updated and support audits and data requests

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience: You have previous billing or financial administration experience
- Accuracy: You demonstrate strong numerical precision and attention to detail
- Communication: You are confident and professional in written and verbal customer interactions
- Calmness: You handle challenging disputes and customer interactions effectively
- Tools: You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Background: Ideally, you bring experience in fleet, automotive, or insurance environments
