Job Title: Billing & Revenue Administrator

Site: Sandbach
Hours: 37.5 per week; 8:30am till 4:30pm or 9:00am till 5:00pm

This is currently a temp position although there is the potential for it to become permanent.

Purpose of the Role

To support the Billing & Revenue team by being responsible for master data creation and maintenance, administration of shared mailboxes, supporting operational billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer, supplier and billing master data, ensuring information is accurate and validated before entered into company systems.
• Manage shared Billing & Revenue mailboxes and allocate queries to the appropriate colleagues.
• Support operational billing activities and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with colleagues across the business to resolve queries and maintain process documentation.
• Support and improve AI-based systems and tools used within the Billing & Revenue function.
• Work with colleagues to identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Act as a main contact for our AI partner, helping to monitor and improve automated processes whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Promote and act as a role model for the company’s core values and behaviours.
