Billing Specialist – Remote

Location: UK – Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage invoices, billing records, and payment-related queries. This is a remote opportunity suitable for candidates with strong administrative, numerical, and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer invoices
  • Maintain accurate billing records
  • Review invoices for accuracy
  • Resolve billing and payment queries
  • Monitor outstanding balances
  • Reconcile billing information and accounts
  • Support month-end financial processes
  • Liaise with customers and internal finance teams
