Our client is currently looking to recruit a Billing Officer on an initial 12 month contract
Billing Officer (Accounts Receivable)
Central London - Hybrid
£31 per hour inside IR35
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in finance or administration? Do you enjoy working with people, improving processes and ensuring things are done accurately the first time?
We're looking for a Billing Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting income-generating activity from initial enquiry through to billing.

In this role, you'll:
- Manage and progress revenue cases through established workflows.
- Support customer due diligence and new customer setup.
- Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Work closely with finance, legal, compliance and operational teams.
- Provide guidance to colleagues on revenue processes and requirements.
- Help maintain strong financial controls and contribute to continuous process improvements.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in finance, billing, accounts receivable or administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Confidence working with financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
