BIM Coordinator Permanent Full-Time
Salary – Circa £38,000 DOE
Location – Office based in West Yorkshire

For nearly a century, our client has delivered sustainable, research-driven technical solutions for elite UK and international sports venues, grassroots community spaces, and professional training facilities.
To support the Senior Designer and project Design Leads by driving the day-to-day coordination, management, and quality assurance of BIM information across high-profile international sports projects. This role bridges BIM coordination with hands-on Revit technician and model production duties, supporting the continued growth and digital evolution of the consultancy's design team.

Responsibilities
- Lead project BIM delivery, model federation, clash detection, and CDE workflows (ACC / BIM 360) in line with ISO 19650 and company standards
- Coordinate 3D models across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Conduct model QA audits, maintain model health, and manage BEPs, EIRs, and project coordinates
- Deliver hands-on Revit modelling (plans, sections, details, schedules) and assist with custom Revit families and templates
- Support 3D coordination for specialist Field of Play systems (pitch drainage, irrigation, heating, utilities)
- Provide day-to-day Revit support and technical mentoring to the wider design team
Experiences required
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or Revit Technician within Civil, MEP, Mechanical, or Infrastructure engineering
- Strong practical skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks (clash management), and CDEs (ACC / BIM 360)
- Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards, technical drawing production, and model QA
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with external architects, engineers, and contractors
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or a relevant engineering qualification (Degree/HNC/HND) is advantageous
- Sports surface/Field of Play experience is desirable but not essential—full training provided
