Evolve Consultancy is one of the UK’s premier BIM and Information Management consultancies. Now in our 21st year, we provide support and development services to the construction industry. Evolve delivers consulting services and support to clients, contractors, architects and engineers in the UK, the US, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
We are looking for a lower-level BIM Coordinator to mentor and develop rapidly to a more senior level.
You will be expected to coordinate and manage multi-discipline projects, ensuring design quality, data consistency and adherence to project information requirements & standards. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Setting up and maintaining federated project models
- Performing coordination and clash detection reviews; leading coordination meetings
- Support delivery teams with information exchanges
You will also need to contribute to project information requirements, execution plans, standards, as well as providing training on Revit, IFC, COBie, Solibri, and support continuous improvements in our digital design workflows.
Don't worry if you don't have the expertise right now to be fully confident in some of the above, as we're looking to develop your skills through our wide-range of projects and clients.
Candidates should possess and be able to demonstrate:

- At least 1-2 year's of BIM coordination experience working with ISO 19650 in the UK.
- A solid understanding of your design discipline and workflows.
- A high-level of proficiency with common BIM and CAD software, ideally Revit, Solibri and AutoCAD, although experience in other tools (Navisworks, ArchiCAD, OpenBuildings Designer, Vectorworks or similar) will all be considered.
- Strong self-management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
