MEP BIM Coordinator
Location: London
Rate: £40/hour - Outside IR35
Contract Type: Long-term contract
The Company
Specialist MEP design consultancy delivering coordinated building services solutions across commercial and mixed-use developments.
- Strong pipeline of live projects moving through detailed design into construction.
- Collaborative, technically-driven team working closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- The MEP BIM Coordinator will be responsible for producing and managing coordinated Revit models and construction-level drawing packages across MEP disciplines.
- The MEP BIM Coordinator will be required to lead clash detection and resolution, working closely with engineers and design teams to resolve spatial and buildability issues.
- The MEP BIM Coordinator will be expected to liaise directly with BIM Leads, engineers, consultants, and contractors to support delivery through Stage 5 and into construction.

Skills and Background
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, with experience producing construction-ready MEP models and drawings.
- Proven track record delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3-5 within building services or MEP coordination.
- Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments preferred.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple disciplines and coordinating with wider project teams.
