Job Title: Revit BIM Coordinator
Location: Birmingham or Leicester
Type: Full-Time / Hybrid

About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a specialist BIM services company delivering high-quality BIM coordination across a range of prestigious projects.
This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone with strong MEP coordination experience who enjoys taking ownership of coordinated design models and working closely with contractors and project teams. You'll attend coordination meetings, liaise directly with clients, and ensure MEP designs are accurately coordinated through to construction.

The Role
As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing and coordinating MEP drawings for Building Services projects
- Coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services through to construction
- Attending client and design coordination meetings
- Working closely with contractors, consultants, and design teams to resolve coordination issues
- Producing coordinated BIM deliverables to programme deadlines
- Reviewing and updating technical drawings throughout project delivery
- Identifying clashes and ensuring designs are fully coordinated before construction

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator with a strong Building Services background.
- Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or Revit MEP Technician
- Strong experience delivering MEP coordination
- Excellent knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health building services
- Experience attending design and coordination meetings with clients and contractors
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit MEP experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
