BIM Coordinator (Civils)

£35,000 - £42,000 + Training + Company Benefits

Bingley

Are you a BIM Coordinator with a background in Civil Engineering or similar, with experience in Autodesk and Revit, looking to take ownership of design deliverables and projects?

On offer is the opportunity to join a highly respected, forward-thinking design team delivering world-class sports surface and field-of-play projects across the UK and internationally. The company has contributed to some of the world's most prestigious sporting venues, including FIFA World Cup grounds, Wimbledon and Leeds United FC, giving you the chance to work on high-profile projects at the highest level of sport.

In this role, you will coordinate BIM delivery across assigned projects in line with project requirements, company standards and ISO 19650 principles. You will manage model coordination across architectural, structural, civil, MEP and consultant models, carrying out model reviews, clash detection, federation and multidisciplinary coordination. You will also support BIM execution plans, QA review Revit models and drawings, manage information exchanges through common data environments, and provide day-to-day BIM and Revit support to designers and technicians. Alongside this, you will assist with Revit modelling, drawing production and the continued development of BIM standards, templates, families and digital design workflows across specialist field-of-play systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
