Architypes is supporting Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) with the growth of its BIM capability in London, with permanent BIM Coordinator opportunities available.
KPF is one of the world’s leading architecture practices, recognised for designing some of the most ambitious, complex and high-profile buildings and urban developments across the globe.
This is an opportunity to join a highly design-led international practice and work closely with architectural teams delivering major projects at scale, helping ensure BIM processes, models and standards are effectively coordinated throughout project delivery.
The Role
As a BIM Coordinator, you’ll work directly with KPF’s project teams, helping embed and maintain best-practice BIM workflows across live projects.
You’ll act as a key point of support for architects and designers, ensuring models are coordinated, structured and developed effectively while working closely with KPF’s wider BIM and technology specialists.
Responsibilities
- Supporting project teams with day-to-day BIM and Revit coordination
- Managing and reviewing federated models across multidisciplinary project teams
- Maintaining BIM standards, processes and modelling consistency
- Supporting model health, setup, auditing and quality control
- Identifying and helping resolve coordination issues
- Supporting clash detection and model coordination workflows
- Working closely with architects, designers and specialist BIM teams
- Helping project teams improve their use of BIM tools and workflows
- Supporting the implementation of project-specific BIM requirements
- Sharing knowledge and helping develop BIM capability across teams

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with BIM professionals who have experience within architecture, design or the wider AEC sector, ideally working on large or technically complex projects.
You’re likely to have:
- Strong Autodesk Revit experience
- Experience coordinating BIM models within architectural project teams
- A good understanding of BIM standards, workflows and model management
- Experience supporting architects and designers in a live project environment
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- The confidence to work with multiple project stakeholders
- An organised and collaborative approach
- Experience within a recognised architectural practice, design consultancy or comparable AEC environment
