Urgent BIM Coordinator Roles

Urgent BIM Coordinator roles to assist with complex projects at leading global multidisciplinary team with stand out employee benefits and culture.

Position

This are immediate roles for mid - senior BIM Coordinators to support design teams and promote the implementation and use of BIM Revit on a range of complex projects across healthcare, mixed use and/or workplace. You will be setting up models and templates, managing workflows, running clash detection and coordinating with consultants to ensure a high level of efficiency, compliance and promoting best practice. You will play a key role in the development of both technology and processes as well as individual learning and mentoring.

Candidate

  • Background in architecture/BIM or equivalent with 3+ years experience working as a BIM Coordinator on either workplace or healthcare projects.
  • Excellent practical experience in setting up of models, family and template creation as well as coordination and clash detection across projects simultaneously.
  • A strong understanding of processes and standards including ISO 19560 and ACC platforms is required.
  • You will be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to share your passion of BIM and technologies with others.
  • Right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
