About The Role
Our client is a design-led architecture studio with offices in London and the Middle-East, known for delivering impactful, high-end luxury developments across residential, hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors, blending global perspective with regional cultural context.
This is a permanent role within a growing BIM team, focused on ensuring well-structured, coordinated digital models across all project stages. The role centers on model federation, clash detection, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) compliance, working closely with architects, consultants, and the wider BIM team.
Reporting to the Senior BIM Coordinator / Project BIM Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, high standards of documentation, and supporting Modellers where needed during critical project phases.

Key Responsibilities
- Federate and manage multi-disciplinary models to support project coordination
- Lead clash detection processes and produce coordination reports (e.g. via Navisworks)
- Maintain issue logs and facilitate resolution with consultants and project teams
- Conduct regular model audits, ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Support drawing production, Revit family management, and content library standards
- Liaise with project teams and consultants to ensure smooth BIM coordination
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' BIM experience within an architectural practice
- Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural modelling, documentation, and coordination
- Experience using Navisworks or similar for model coordination and clash detection
- Understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g. BS 1192, ISO 19650)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Gulf region project experience desirable, not essential
