BIM & Digital Design Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced BIM & Digital Design Manager to lead our BIM and computational design tools, standards, and workflows across studios.

This is an opportunity to shape how the practice designs and delivers, not just administer a toolset; working across our Revit and Forma environments, our script register, and our in-house AI programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving adoption and standards for Autodesk Revit and Forma, including deployment, upgrades, and how Forma fits our wider common data environment.
  • Leading BIM implementation, including project setup, shared coordinates, model federation, model health and auditing, information exchange, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Owning practice BIM standards and quality assurance, ensuring consistent model structure, content, templates, and information requirements.
  • Leading Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Docs workflows, including model coordination, issue management, information exchange, and integration with our wider common data environment.
  • Leading BIM and information management requirements across projects, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), responsibility matrices, and information delivery planning, supporting ISO 19650 compliance.
  • Leading automation and scripting to support delivery, and maintaining script register and template libraries.
  • Identifying and driving automation opportunities that improve efficiency across project delivery, from documentation to specification and drawing outputs.
  • Owning data protocols and standards across studios, and developing our digital twin capability, building on existing GIS experience in the Vancouver team.
  • Supporting project teams with modelling, scripting, and coordination across all RIBA stages, acting as an escalation point for more complex digital delivery issues.
  • Delivering Revit and computational design training across studios, and running regular user group sessions.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for 3D design and BIM delivery, while contributing to our broader digital transformation work alongside the IT & AI teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
