🚀 BIM / AutoCAD Engineer | Building Services | Cardiff
Looking to take your AutoCAD / BIM skills into a role where you can work on real MEP projects and develop your Revit experience?
We’re working with a growing building services team in Cardiff who are looking for a BIM / AutoCAD Engineer to join their team.
💷 £35,000 – £47,000 DOE
This could suit someone with 0–3 years’ experience who has a solid grounding in AutoCAD and wants to build a career within BIM, Revit and building services design.
🔧 What you'll be working on You’ll be involved in live projects alongside experienced engineers and designers, including:
- Producing detailed 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings
- Developing Revit / BIM models for building services
- Supporting mechanical and electrical design
- Assisting with MEP coordination and clash detection
- Updating technical drawings, models and documentation
- Working across projects from design through to delivery

You'll ideally have: ✔️ Good AutoCAD experience ✔️ Some exposure to Revit / Revit MEP ✔️ Experience or education within engineering, construction or MEP ✔️ A good understanding of technical drawings ✔️ An interest in developing within BIM / building services
