BIM Lead - Contract Opportunity - Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM delivery, compliance, and digital information management across a range of projects.

Working closely with clients, project teams, and key stakeholders, you will ensure BIM deliverables are coordinated, compliant, and delivered to a high standard in line with BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM compliance, assurance, and quality control across projects.
  • Manage asset information, CDE processes, and digital handover.
  • Oversee model audits, coordination, and overall model performance.
  • Manage Revit and IFC models, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Manage model publishing and information exchanges through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Provide advanced Revit support, including troubleshooting and family creation.
  • Review BEPs and project BIM requirements.
  • Provide BIM and Revit guidance, support, and mentoring to project teams.
  • Work closely with clients, BIM Coordinators, and project teams to ensure effective BIM delivery.
  • Identify and implement improvements to BIM standards, workflows, and digital processes.

Essential Experience

We are looking for a proactive BIM professional with:

  • Proven experience in BIM management within the construction industry.
  • Advanced Autodesk Revit skills.
  • Strong experience in BIM assurance, model auditing, and quality control.
  • Experience managing asset information and working within CDE environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Experience leading, supporting, or mentoring BIM teams.
  • Good knowledge of COBie and IFC standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ACC/BIM 360 and AutoCAD.
  • Own Revit license.
