BIM Lead / Manager – Lux Hotel Interiors
Central London | £60,000–£70,000 | Revit | Full-Time
HAUS Careers is working with a leading international interior design studio that is looking for an experienced BIM Lead to join its London team. With offices across the UK and US, the studio is known for delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
The Role
- Set up Revit standards, templates, and workflows from scratch
- Translate existing CAD and SketchUp information into a robust BIM environment
- Coordinate with external MEP and structural consultants
- Take ownership of BIM delivery and output quality
- Oversee and mentor two junior Revit hires
- Work closely with the NYC team on international projects
- Help establish the studio’s long-term BIM processes

About You
- 8–12+ years’ professional experience
- Strong Revit and BIM implementation experience
- Proven experience setting up BIM standards and workflows
- Experience translating CAD/SketchUp information into Revit
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Confident communicator with the ability to take ownership
