Job Title: Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager
Location:
Hybrid (3 days a week on-site) – Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Blackpool or Glasgow
Contract Length:
7 Months - Until 31 March 2027 (Possible Extension)
Rate:
£400 per day – Inside IR35
The Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced BIM Manager to lead Asset Information Management and BIM strategy across a large-scale estate portfolio. You will play a key role in establishing a "golden thread" of information, ensuring high-quality asset data is created, governed, and transitioned effectively from project delivery into operational asset management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM strategy and ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework
- Develop and manage asset information standards, including AIRs, EIRs and digital handover processes
- Oversee BIM assurance activities, model audits, quality reviews and compliance checks
- Support integration of BIM outputs with CAFM/IWMS and asset management systems
- Promote effective use and governance of Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Provide leadership and mentoring to BIM and digital delivery teams
- Engage with stakeholders across projects, facilities management and supply chain partners
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including digital twin development

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering BIM strategy and assurance in line with ISO 19650
- Strong Asset Information Management experience from a client-side or asset owner perspective
- Experience managing AIR, EIR, COBie and IFC standards
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Experience integrating BIM outputs with CAFM/IWMS platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Previous leadership experience managing BIM or digital delivery teams
