BIM & Digital Design Manager | £55,000 to £65,000 | North East
I am currently working with an established architectural practice on a newly created BIM & Digital Design Manager position.
This is a senior role with responsibility for leading BIM and digital design standards, processes, and workflows across the practice, while supporting the continued development of its wider digital strategy.
The role will focus on:
- Leading BIM implementation, standards, and information management
- Managing Revit, Forma, and Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows
- Supporting ISO 19650 compliance, BEPs, and information delivery planning
- Overseeing model coordination, auditing, and multidisciplinary information exchange
- Developing automation, scripting, and computational design capabilities
- Supporting the integration of AI, digital twins, and emerging technologies into project delivery
- Providing technical leadership, training, and support to project teams

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience within BIM management or digital design, strong Revit expertise, and a good understanding of BIM and information management processes.
