BIM Manager - M&E Data Centres - London
Exciting Opportunity for an experienced BIM Manager to join a growing International M&E Engineering Consultancy and take a leadership role in the delivery, coordination and development of BIM and Revit standards across major building and Data Centre projects.

Job Description
We are partnering with an expanding international M&E engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, low-energy design solutions across the built environment and digital infrastructure sectors.
The successful BIM Manager will take responsibility for the leadership and management of BIM and Revit activities, supporting project teams across multiple sectors while developing internal BIM standards, workflows and capabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM professional who enjoys combining hands-on modelling and coordination with team leadership, technical development and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the production and coordination of Revit/BIM models across a range of building sectors, including Data Centres and other technically complex projects.
- Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates and modelling procedures.
- Manage and develop Revit MEP libraries, families, templates and intelligent model content.
- Produce and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services within 3D BIM environments.
- Audit and review 2D drawings and 3D models to ensure quality, accuracy and adherence to internal standards.
- Lead BIM coordination activities with internal engineering teams, external consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Attend BIM and project coordination meetings, presenting model progress and resolving coordination issues.
- Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project-specific BIM requirements.
- Carry out final quality checks of models prior to issue and ensure internal QA procedures are followed.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and training to BIM, CAD and engineering staff.
- Run internal Revit/BIM workshops and support knowledge sharing across the business.
- Assist with client presentations, project interviews and bids where BIM expertise is required.
- Support the continued development of BIM capabilities, standards and best practice across the organisation.
- Keep up to date with developments in BIM technology, Revit, Navisworks and wider digital construction practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve modelling processes, automation and efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure BIM models accurately reflect design intent and MEP installation requirements.

Requirements for the Role:
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience working with Revit/BIM within an engineering, consultancy or construction environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Navisworks Manage and BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM 360.
- Proven experience developing and implementing BIM standards, workflows and modelling procedures.
- Experience creating and managing Revit templates, families and BIM libraries.
- Understanding of BIM Execution Plans and BIM model management.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their coordination within complex buildings, including HVAC, pipework, electrical containment, lighting, ICT and public health services.
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a client-focused environment.
- A degree or relevant qualification in an engineering, construction or related discipline is desirable.
