BIM Manager
London | Office Based | £42,000 - £50,000
I'm working with a key client based in London who is looking to hire a BIM Manager to support the delivery of BIM projects across a growing portfolio of work.
Requirements
- Strong Revit experience
- Experience working with point cloud data
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
- Experience with Common Data Environments (ACC/CDE)
- Ability to develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Experience using Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience as a BIM Manager, Senior BIM Coordinator or similar

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows
- Support project teams with BIM best practice
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project and quality requirements
- Coordinate digital project delivery across multiple schemes
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
- Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes
