BIM Manager | MEP Contractor | London
£60,000 – £75,000 + package | Permanent
A leading MEP / Building Services Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of major projects across London.
This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of BIM delivery and work closely with design, engineering, project management and site teams.
What you'll be responsible for
- Leading BIM delivery across multiple MEP projects.
- Managing BIM Coordinators and supporting the wider BIM team.
- Driving Revit & Navisworks coordination and clash detection.
- Coordinating mechanical, electrical, public health and specialist services.
- Working closely with consultants, designers and project teams.
- Managing BIM Execution Plans and project information requirements.
- Ensuring models are coordinated, accurate and buildable.
- Supporting projects through construction and digital handover.
- Developing BIM standards and processes across the business.

We're looking for
- An experienced BIM Manager / Senior BIM Coordinator with a strong MEP contractor background.
- You should have excellent Revit and Navisworks knowledge, strong MEP coordination experience and a good understanding of ISO 19650 and digital construction.
- Most importantly, you'll be someone who can lead, influence and solve problems, with a practical understanding of how BIM supports successful construction on site.
