MEP BIM Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Travel
Contract: Permanent
The Company
We are currently partnering with a M&E Contractor, a leading name in the building services sector, to find an experienced MEP BIM Manager to join their highly skilled in-house design team. They have a strong pipeline of high-profile projects and offers an excellent environment for technical professionals to take ownership of complex digital engineering processes.
The Role
Sitting directly within the design team, you will play a critical role in driving BIM delivery and coordination across a range of high-value schemes, specifically within the Commercial and Data Centre sectors. You will be heavily involved in projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, ensuring seamless transitions from early design through to installation.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading MEP BIM coordination and modelling from Stage 3 onwards.
- Managing and coordinating with external BIM/design bureaus to ensure quality and compliance.
- Reviewing and auditing MEP models to identify clashes and ensure constructability.
- Applying critical early-stage design experience to shape project delivery strategies and mitigate risks before they reach the site.
- Ensuring all models and outputs meet strict client and industry standards.
What We Are Looking For

- A proven background as an MEP BIM Manager or Lead Coordinator.
- Crucially, you must have strong early-stage experience (Stage 3 and earlier) to effectively manage the front-end design phases.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant digital engineering software.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently oversee external partners and internal design teams.
The Package
- Basic salary up to £70,000 (dependent on experience)
- Generous car allowance
- Fully covered travel expenses
