An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Manager
Join an established M&E Contractor delivering an expanding portfolio of commercial and data centre projects across London, on a hybrid basis.
This BIM Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading digital delivery, developing BIM standards and managing the successful coordination of multiple projects.
The successful BIM Manager will play a key role in shaping BIM strategy, driving continuous improvement and supporting the consultancy's continued growth across a strong pipeline of commercial and residential developments.
The Role
As a BIM Manager, you'll be involved in:
- Leading BIM delivery across major data centre and commercial projects
- Managing and mentoring BIM Coordinators and Revit MEP professionals
- Developing BIM execution plans, workflows and project standards
- Overseeing Revit MEP model production and multidisciplinary coordination
- Supporting Design Managers and engineering teams throughout project delivery
- Managing BIM programmes to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Coordinating with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Reviewing project models to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with BIM standards
- Driving continuous improvement across digital engineering processes
- Supporting the adoption of new technologies and BIM best practice

What They're Looking For
- Experience working as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead or Senior BIM Coordinator
- Strong Revit MEP expertise
- Experience leading BIM delivery on major MEP or building services projects
- Excellent understanding of BIM standards, coordination processes and digital project delivery
- Experience managing BIM teams and mentoring junior professionals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination across complex projects
