MADE Careers is working with leading London architecture and design practices looking to appoint experienced BIM Managers to join their growing digital design teams.

We’re looking for people who understand BIM from both a project and practice wide perspective: technically excellent in Revit, confident supporting complex architectural projects and able to improve the standards, systems and workflows used across a studio.

These are great opportunities for BIM professionals who enjoy working closely with architects and design teams, combining hands on project support with BIM strategy, training and the continued development of digital best practice.

The Role

Working across architectural and design teams, you’ll take responsibility for the successful implementation of BIM across live projects while helping develop how BIM is used across the wider practice.

You’ll support project teams and BIM Coordinators, oversee model quality and information requirements and provide guidance around BIM standards and delivery. Alongside project work, you’ll contribute to practice wide standards, Revit workflows, training and the adoption of new digital tools and technologies.

Depending on your experience, there will also be opportunities to lead and develop BIM Coordinators and play a wider role within the practice’s digital design strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support BIM implementation across architectural projects
  • Provide expert Revit and BIM guidance to architects, designers and project teams
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, workflows and guidance
  • Support the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans
  • Ensure projects meet BIM requirements and agreed information standards
  • Oversee model coordination, quality control and data exchange
  • Support ISO 19650 compliant workflows and information management
  • Work closely with consultants and clients around BIM deliverables and protocols
  • Deliver BIM training, workshops and ongoing support across the studio
  • Mentor and support BIM Coordinators and wider project teams
  • Explore and implement new tools, technologies and more efficient digital workflows
  • Work closely with senior BIM and Design Technology leadership on wider digital initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
