Are you a BIM professional across MEP who enjoys driving digital excellence across complex engineering projects?
As a BIM Manager at Black & White Engineering, you will play a critical role in shaping how multidisciplinary teams collaborate, coordinate and deliver world-class data centre projects.
This is an opportunity to move beyond model management and take ownership of digital delivery strategies, standards and quality across major international programmes. You will work closely with engineers, design managers and project stakeholders to ensure information is managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead BIM and digital delivery activities across multiple projects and project teams.
- Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows and information management processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models and support effective collaboration between engineering disciplines.
- Monitor model quality, information consistency and compliance with project requirements.
- Support project teams in resolving coordination challenges and information management issues.
- Facilitate BIM reviews, coordination workshops and digital delivery meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance digital delivery, efficiency and project outcomes.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in BIM management, digital delivery or multidisciplinary design coordination environments.
- Proven ability to develop and implement BIM standards, processes and quality assurance procedures.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects and managing complex information workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead digital delivery initiatives and support project teams through technical challenges.
- Solid understanding of BIM methodologies, information management principles and collaborative design processes.
