Are you an experienced BIM professional with a passion for digital innovation, collaboration, and delivering complex engineering projects?

Our client is a leader in the design engineering industry, working on complex Data Centre projects. They are looking for a BIM Manager to join their Newcastle team and take the lead in driving digital delivery across major multidisciplinary projects. What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading BIM and digital delivery across multiple projects and teams.
  • Developing and implementing BIM standards, workflows, and information management processes.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary models and facilitating effective collaboration between design teams.
  • Monitoring model quality, information accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Supporting project teams in resolving coordination and information management challenges.
  • Facilitating BIM reviews, coordination workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and project outcomes.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to BIM coordinators and project teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in BIM Management, Digital Delivery, or multidisciplinary design coordination.
  • Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, information management, and collaborative design processes.
  • Experience developing BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating complex engineering or construction projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to lead digital initiatives and influence project teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
