BIM Manager – Nuclear / Major Infrastructure
CCL Global are currently working with a leading organisation within the nuclear and major infrastructure sector who are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support the development and delivery of digital engineering capability across major UK projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving BIM, digital engineering and information management, while supporting project delivery, digital transformation and the development of BIM capability across the business.
Location: Bristol – 3 days per week in the office
Right to Work: Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM and digital engineering activities across major projects.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, processes and standards.
- Provide BIM leadership, coordination and assurance across project teams.
- Support the effective management and delivery of digital information throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with engineering, project management and wider digital teams.
- Lead BIM coordination and model assurance activities.
- Support the implementation and management of Common Data Environments (CDEs).
- Drive continuous improvement across BIM processes, tools and ways of working.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to BIM and digital engineering professionals.
- Support the development of digital engineering capability across the business.
- Work with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective digital delivery.

Requirements:
- Significant experience working in BIM, digital engineering or information management.
- Strong experience working on major infrastructure, energy, nuclear or defence projects.
- Proven experience leading BIM delivery and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM best practice.
- Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and information management.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing BIM/digital engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model assurance and digital delivery.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
