We are seeking
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality digital design, integration, and buildable solutions.
You will play a key role in embedding BIM into project delivery, acting as the link between design, coordination, and site teams to drive programme performance, quality, and technical excellence.
The role will involve regular site visits, as required, alongside an office-based presence to support wider company engagement and effective collaboration across multiple projects.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead BIM delivery across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, and quality
- Manage the development and coordination of federated models across MEP disciplines
- Ensure BIM is embedded across all project stages—from design to installation and handover
- Monitor model quality, clash detection, and coordination outputs
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of BIM standards, processes, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and company standards
- Promote best practice use of Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital tools
- Maintain model integrity and structured data throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the key interface between BIM teams, design consultants, and delivery teams
- Support design coordination meetings and drive resolution of clashes and buildability issues
- Collaborate with Design Managers, Project Managers, and site teams to ensure coordinated delivery
- Support digital handover and asset data requirements
- Champion the use of BIM and digital construction technologies across projects
- Support adoption of modern methods of construction, offsite, and DfMA approaches
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, coordination, and quality through digital tools

Essential
What we are looking for
- Tier 1 Stage 5 experience
- Proven experience in BIM coordination/management within MEP or construction
- Strong understanding of BIM processes across design and delivery stages
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex projects
- Proficiency in tools such as Revit, and Fabrication parts, Navisworks, ACC, and CDE platforms
- Strong understanding of design coordination, buildability, installation, and CDMs
Desirable
- Experience on large or complex MEP projects within healthcare
- Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 or similar)
- Experience in offsite construction / modularisation
- Relevant qualification in BIM, engineering, or construction
