About The Role
We have an opportunity for a BIM Specialist to join our London BIM team and support the production and coordination of building services models across projects up to Stage 4.
This is a hands-on Revit modelling and coordination role. Working within established project models, you will develop building services model content using engineering designs, sketches, mark-ups, and other technical information. You will work closely with engineers to turn design intent into accurate model content and coordinated drawings.
You will take ownership of assigned model areas or packages, coordinate services with one another and against linked architectural and structural models, and resolve identified clashes as the design develops.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will be involved throughout the coordination process, contributing to internal and external coordination reviews, explaining modelled issues clearly, and working with engineers and other disciplines to agree and implement solutions.
This is a hybrid role, typically based in our London office for two days each week, with the remaining three days worked remotely, subject to project requirements and management.
In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Develop mechanical, electrical, and public health services within established Revit project models using engineering designs, sketches, mark-ups, and technical information.
- Coordinate building services with one another and against linked architectural and structural models.
- Take ownership of assigned modelling and coordination packages, keeping model content current as the design develops.
- Resolve clashes identified through the coordination process, working with engineers where a technical decision is required.
- Attend and contribute to internal and external coordination reviews, explain modelled issues clearly, and complete agreed changes.
- Raise unclear, incomplete, or conflicting design information with the relevant engineer or project lead.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and well-organised models, highlighting model-health concerns where appropriate.
- Produce coordinated drawings and standard project deliverables to the required graphical and information quality.
- Follow company and project BIM standards, modelling procedures, and coordination workflows communicated by the BIM Manager or project lead.
- Share practical Revit and building services coordination knowledge with engineers and colleagues.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong Revit skills and experience developing coordinated building services model content.
- Has a strong, independent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health services and can apply this knowledge when modelling and coordinating services.
- Has experience developing coordinated building services models up to Stage 4 and can interpret engineering designs, sketches, mark-ups, and technical information accurately.
- Understands how architectural and structural elements affect building services coordination.
- Has experience resolving clashes through appropriate changes to modelled service routes and recognises when an engineering decision is required.
- Can take ownership of assigned modelling and coordination activities and complete them with a thorough, practical, and quality-focused approach.
- Communicates clearly, contributes confidently to coordination discussions, and shares practical modelling knowledge with engineers and colleagues.
- Can follow agreed BIM standards and project procedures once they have been communicated.
- Understands how clear, consistent, and well-structured models can support later project stages, handover, and digital twin uses; experience in this area would be useful but is not essential.
