Team Overview:
Our BIM (Building Information Modelling) team plays a vital role in delivering accurate, coordinated, and data-rich 3D models for use throughout the design, construction, and installation phases of our projects. Working closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams, the department ensures that all mechanical and electrical services are fully integrated and clash free prior to construction. This proactive approach helps reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration across all stakeholders — ultimately supporting the successful delivery of high-quality, bespoke MEP solutions.

Role Overview:
We are looking to appoint a BIM Technician to support the wider BIM and Design teams in developing accurate, coordinated, and information-rich 3D models that facilitate design, offsite manufacture, and onsite installation. This entry-to-intermediate role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital design, prefabrication, and BIM delivery within one of the UK and Ireland’s leading offsite construction specialists.

Job Title: BIM Technician
Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm
Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
Responsible to: BIM Lead
What You'll be Doing
The role involves supporting the development and maintenance of coordinated 3D Revit MEP models for mechanical and electrical building services, working closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to produce accurate, clash-free models and drawings. Responsibilities include:

- Preparing federated models and issue tracking in Revizto
- Updating models in response to design changes and markups
- Producing 2D drawings, fabrication and installation packs
- Maintaining model data and version control within the Common Data Environment
The role also supports fabrication and site teams by providing up-to-date construction information, participates in coordination meetings and model reviews, and encourages continuous professional development through training in Revit, Revizto, company workflows, and ISO 19650-compliant digital delivery processes, while contributing ideas to improve BIM efficiency and modelling standards.
