What's the Role?
Are you passionate about BIM and Revit modelling? Do you enjoy turning engineering designs into accurate, buildable solutions that have a real impact on construction projects?
At Hilti, we're looking for a BIM Modeler to join our growing Engineering team. In this role, you'll work with our engineering experts to model Hilti support systems within customer BIM environments, helping deliver high-quality engineering solutions across a wide range of construction projects.
Whether you're an early-career BIM professional looking to develop your expertise, or an experienced modeler seeking exposure to more complex engineering applications, this is an opportunity to build specialist knowledge within a global organisation that invests heavily in learning and development.
What You'll Do
Working closely with Design Engineers and Lead Engineers, you'll transform engineering designs into high-quality BIM models and project deliverables.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Creating and developing BIM models using Revit
- Reviewing customer models and assessing the quality and completeness of available project information
- Supporting project estimates and modelling service quotations
- Collaborating with Lead Engineers to translate technical designs into accurate BIM models
- Performing clash detection and helping resolve clashes within the scope of Hilti's design solutions
- Conducting ongoing QA/QC checks to ensure model integrity and compliance with project requirements
- Working collaboratively within Common Data Environments such as BIM 360
- Supporting continuous improvement of modelling processes, standards and workflows
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and recording project time effectively
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external project teams

What You’ll Bring
We're interested in professionals who combine strong technical modelling skills with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to quality.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous experience using Revit within BIM projects
- Experience working with Navisworks
- General knowledge in AutoCAD
- A good understanding of building design and construction workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
Additional Experience That Would Be Advantageous Includes
- A degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
- Experience with additional software and platforms, including Dynamo, Solibri, Inventor
- Knowledge/experience working with Plant design platforms such as SmartPlant 3D or PDMS
