This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Technician located in Lisburn, with flexibility for remote work. The BIM Technician will be responsible for creating and managing 3D MEP models, as well as coordinating and collaborating with project teams for the integration within wider multi-discipline project models. They will also be responsible for producing construction drawings for and coordinating with architects, structural engineers and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modelling software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong IT skills and proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively

Desirables
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent field
- Construction Drawings and Building Services experience
- 2+ years of experience in BIM modelling for construction projects.
- Understanding and experience of CDE's
- Understanding of MEP Systems
- Full UK Driving License
