BIM Technician – MEP
£35,000–£55,000 | Permanent | Hybrid
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we’re working with a National, multidisciplinary Consultancy who are looking for multiple BIM Technicians at various levels to join their Building Services team.
The successful candidates can be based in our client’s London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh or Dublin offices, on a hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity to produce and coordinate MEP BIM models for data centre and aviation projects across the UK.

What you'll be doing
- Producing and coordinating MEP Revit models and drawings
- Managing models from initial setup through to final issue
- Supporting data centre and aviation projects across RIBA Stages 2–4
- Running clash detection and providing coordination reports
- Incorporating COBie, IFC and Uniclass data where required
- Working to BIM Execution Plans and project information requirements
- Contributing ideas towards Revit and BIM automation
What we're looking for
- Upwards of 2 years BIM / Revit experience
- Strong Revit MEP capabilities
- Building Services / MEP project experience
- Good understanding of BIM coordination and model management
- Experience with clash detection and coordinated model delivery
- Data centre experience would be advantageous but not essential
