At Hilson Moran, you’ll be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team working on innovative projects across the built environment. We’re passionate about creating better-performing, more sustainable buildings and places, and we invest in our people to help them develop their skills and careers.

As part of the Tyréns Group, we’re also part of a foundation-owned organisation that reinvests its profits into people, knowledge and ideas, giving us a long-term perspective on the work we do and the communities we work within.

We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our growing team at Hilson Moran, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital design outputs across a range of exciting building and infrastructure projects.

Working closely with engineers, designers and project teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models and digital information, primarily using Autodesk Revit. You’ll play an important role in ensuring models and drawings are accurate, coordinated and delivered in line with project requirements and BIM standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical BIM expertise within a collaborative, forward-thinking consultancy, with opportunities to work across a variety of projects and disciplines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
