BIM Technician – London - £45-£50,000
I have an exciting role for an architectural BIM Technician to join a leading, London-based architectural practice on a full-time basis.
My client is looking for a talented BIM Technician to join their London-based BIM Team. You will work closely with their Architectural and Project Teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated BIM models and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
Working across all stages of design and delivery, you’ll play an important role in supporting projects, developing BIM standards and promoting digital innovation across the practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile UK projects while developing your technical and digital design expertise.

The role
- Develop and coordinate architectural BIM models and documentation in Revit.
- Support project teams with Revit, BIM standards, and best-practice guidance.
- Create and maintain Revit families and BIM content.
- Contribute to QA, model validation, and coordination processes.
- Support the development of BIM standards, workflows, and digital tools.
- Promote innovation and the effective use of BIM across project teams.
- Assist with BIM training and knowledge sharing.

About you
- 2+ years’ BIM experience on medium to large-scale UK projects.
- Strong Revit skills, including architectural modeling and advanced family creation.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, with familiarity in Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.
- Understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650, and coordination processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach.
