A large Commercial Card Issuer is embarking on a strategic expansion of its commercial card proposition, including the launch of new card products across both physical and virtual channels, internationally. We are seeking an experienced consultant with deep expertise in issuer processing, BIN strategy and TSYS/FIS implementation to support the delivery of this high-profile programme; This will be for an initial 6-month contract.
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in translating future-state card issuing strategy into successful execution, working across BIN allocation, portfolio design, product implementation, testing and operational readiness. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, processing partners and card scheme representatives to deliver new commercial card capabilities and support future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support BIN setup, allocation and account-range creation activities.
- Configure portfolio hierarchies and product structures within issuer processing platforms.
- Drive product launch activities across TSYS/FIS environments.
- Gather and document requirements, resolving implementation and configuration queries.
- Translate approved BIN, ICA, portfolio and product designs into detailed platform requirements.
- Coordinate testing, certification and validation activities.
- Define test scenarios, support defect resolution and track delivery milestones.
- Manage programme dependencies, risks, decisions and operational readiness activities.
- Maintain a clear implementation plan linking strategic objectives to delivery outcomes.

Required Experience
Proven experience within card issuing and commercial card programmes – It is likely that the successful candidate will have at least six-years, or equivalent, of relevant experience, which will include the following:
- Hands-on BIN management, allocation and account-range configuration experience.
- Strong TSYS and/or FIS implementation expertise.
- Experience supporting card product launches from design through implementation.
- Knowledge of issuer processing, portfolio structures and card lifecycle management.

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of card issuing structures.
- Experience launching commercial, corporate or virtual card products.
- Previous involvement in card portfolio expansion, migration or transformation programmes.
Contract Details
- Initial 6-month contract
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
