Opportunity: Facilities Operations Specialist (Reporting) for Gemini Auto Follow Facility
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join our centralised facilities team, supporting the newly established Gemini Auto Follow Facility—a state-of-the-art market facility developed by Willis Limited (WL) in collaboration with Canopius as the lead insurer.
The Gemini facility is a 100% Lloyd’s consortium, providing auto-follow capacity across all in-scope syndicated placements and lines of business globally. It offers a well-balanced, diverse portfolio under the remit of the delegated authority binder.
The role is part of a worldwide Willis Towers Watson (WTW) broking initiative, focusing on delivering management information and bordereaux reporting to underwriters for the Gemini binding authority agreement. Currently active in Great Britain, North America, Dubai, and Singapore, the facility will continue expanding globally through to 2027.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
