Bioinformatics Software Developer - Remote (UK Only, Quarterly meet ups LDN or MCR)
I'm partnering with an exciting precision medicine company that's entering a really interesting phase of growth as they transition from R&D into product.
They're looking for a Bioinformatics Software Developer to help build and evolve the software behind their proteomics platform, developing robust tools that enable researchers and clinicians to explore and analyse complex biological data.
This is a genuinely hands-on engineering role within a small, collaborative team. You'll be involved across the full software lifecycle, from backend development and databases through to web applications and user interfaces, helping turn research into production-ready software.

You'll likely have experience with:
- Commercial software or product development
- C++ (Python also beneficial)
- Full-stack software development
- Building software within scientific, healthcare or regulated environments
Experience in bioinformatics, proteomics or genomics would be a real advantage, but it isn't essential. If you've built complex scientific software and enjoy solving challenging engineering problems, I'd still love to hear from you.
