Job Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Biologics Tech Transfer team to support onboarding and scale up of the production of analyte and other components of Oxford Nanopore sequencing kits.

Responsibilities
- Carry out the day-to-day production of kit and flowcell components including the production of DNA/RNA analytes, production of protein-DNA complexes and production of other bulk components for sequencing kits.
- Ensure batch records are correctly followed and carry out testing as required.
- Equipment management including liaising with the manufacturer.
- Continuous improvement and troubleshooting.
- Production data tracking.
- Updating BPs and item specifications.
- Raising Change Note, Deviation, CAPA, and Non-conformance.
- General lab maintenance.
- Batch records review.
Requirements
- Relevant laboratory experience, ideally within a chemistry, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical environment or in large scale protein, DNA, or chemicals processing.
- Working knowledge of chemical, biochemical, or molecular biology techniques as appropriate for the specific area.
- Familiarity with GMP and GLP.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies would also be beneficial.
- A BSc or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Well organised, resilient under pressure, with a good eye for detail and a systematic approach to work.
- Quality and process driven, team orientated, responsive to customer needs, and wants to influence change positively and effectively.
