Description

Team Overview

The Services & Maintenance team provides ongoing support and upkeep for installed mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and longevity. They deliver scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs, working closely with clients to minimise downtime and extend asset life. This department plays a vital role in sustaining customer satisfaction and protecting the long-term value of our solutions.

Role Overview

We currently have a team of Service and Maintenance engineers covering our biomass installations throughout the UK and we are looking to expand this team via the recruitment of an additional full time Biomass Service Engineer for our Glasgow based service team.

We are looking for an engineer who must have previous biomass experience and the ability to carry out service, maintenance, and repair tasks on completed biomass boiler projects. An in-depth knowledge of the Commercial Plumbing and Heating industry and Herz Biomass Boiler range would offer a distinct advantage to the applicant; however, product specific training shall be provided for the successful applicant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
