About Us
Cell Guidance Systems is a Cambridge-based biotechnology company. We offer products and services that allow biomedical research scientists to achieve their goals. We also develop pre-clinical therapeutic assets.
The Position
Working in our Babraham laboratories, this position focuses primarily on biomaterial-related areas of the company’s research and products, including the PeptiGel range of hydrogels. Adhering to SOPs, you will help with production activities and providing customer support. You will also undertake research and development, contributing to the development of new products and services.

- Educated to graduate or post-graduate level
- Practical lab experience in biomaterials, in particular working with hydrogels and bioprinting
- Strong documentation, written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical, methodical mind
- Dynamic, collaborative, adaptive, self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about developing scientific concepts and technologies
Work Environment and Conditions
Cell Guidance Systems operates from two locations: Sawston and the Babraham Research Campus, one of the most dynamic biotech locations in Europe, and host to more than fifty companies working in diverse areas of biomedical research. The Campus is close to Cambridge University, Addenbrooke's Hospital, and the adjacent Biomedical campus. We offer:

Interviews for this position will start at the end of August. The position is expected to commence shortly thereafter.

Salary
Up to £35,000
