Biomedical Analyst (Pre-Sales)
As a Biomedical Analyst (Pre-Sales), you will play a key role at the intersection of science, technology and commercial delivery. You will work directly with customers and prospective customers to understand their clinical and scientific challenges and help demonstrate how Pangaea’s platform can identify unmet clinical needs and improve patient outcomes.
This is a highly external-facing, commercially oriented scientific role. You will participate in customer and prospect conversations, contribute to pre-sales engagements, develop proposals, and help translate customer requirements into effective solutions. You will work closely with our scientific, clinical, technical, project management and commercial teams to develop compelling, evidence-based solutions for healthcare and life sciences organisations.
Alongside the commercial and customer-facing aspects of the role, you will contribute your scientific expertise to projects focused on identifying undiagnosed, miscoded, at-risk and under-treated patients across rare and hard-to-diagnose conditions. You will translate complex clinical and scientific concepts into clear presentations, proposals, publications, whitepapers and other customer-facing materials.
You will also develop a strong understanding of how Pangaea’s AI technology and platform works and how it can be configured to address specific clinical use cases. While expertise in machine learning or AI is not required, you should be curious about AI and able to understand and communicate how the technology supports different clinical and scientific objectives.

- Contribute to publications, conference submissions and other evidence-generation activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
