Our Birmingham office, established in 2000, plays a key role in managing and supporting high-profile events across the Midlands. From major venues like The Bullring, the NEC, and Silverstone, to festivals like Download, and the historic theatres of Stratford-upon-Avon, we’ve helped deliver some of the region’s biggest and most iconic events. As part of our crew, you’ll get exclusive behind-the-scenes access to areas typically closed to the public.

- Comprehensive Training: Begin with a one-day induction, then receive on-site training from experienced Crew Chiefs. You’ll also get access to specialist external training for skills like forklift, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, and first aid.
- Career Growth: Promotion is based on experience and skill, with increased hourly rates at each level.
- Great Benefits: As a Living Wage Foundation employer, we provide a PAYE casual contract, free uniform, pension, skill-based payments, out-of-town bonuses, and more.
What You Need
To thrive as a Gallowglass crew member, you must be physically fit and flexible to work irregular hours. This isn’t a standard 9-to-5 role—our operations run 24/7, 365 days a year. A team-focused mindset and a positive attitude are essential. A valid UK driving licence is a big advantage, as we cover venues and projects throughout the Midlands.
