Black Talent in Business
We know there is more to do to improve the representation of Black talent in our industry and within our early careers pipeline. Programmes like Black Talent in Business play an important role in helping us address this gap by widening access, building confidence and connections, and creating clearer pathways into our profession.
This programme is designed to give Black undergraduate students the opportunity to explore careers at PwC, build their understanding of our business and gain greater access to the opportunities we offer. In Engineering, Data Science and Analytics, you’ll help clients analyse and leverage the data they collect more effectively. The business world creates and gathers more data every day and relies on that data to feed and build AI applications, so managing this vital resource is more important than ever before. We use advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop solutions that help our clients organise, integrate, quality control and mine data. This plays a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.
What you’ll need
- You are in the first year of an undergraduate degree in any subject;
- Or in your second year of a four-year degree in any subject.
