We are seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic SSO4 Business Manager to join our dedicated and collaborative team.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure all work performed by non-teaching staff is aligned to strategic plans, aims, and objectives by managing and coordinating their operations
  • Contribute to the effective operation of the school by managing, coordinating, and controlling assets, buildings, facilities, grounds, machinery, and equipment in a complex school administrative environment
  • Contribute to the effective administration of the school by managing and coordinating the completion of complex school administrative and finance functions

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated high-level ability to plan, problem solve, and provide advice to the Principal, and initiate, implement, and manage change in the work environment, including skills in managing staff, conflict management, and negotiation
  • Experience in maintaining effective financial systems and accurate records within timelines, including producing budgets, preparing budget submissions, business cases, financial analysis, and managing financial statements
  • A sound knowledge of effective administrative practices that contribute to the development of school resource, project, and facility management, school security, and broad business practices
