Lead and execute offshore blade repair activities using rope access techniques. Perform Category 3–5 blade repairs, including structural and non-structural repairs.

Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections, damage assessments, and repair preparation.
- Complete composite repairs including laminations, leading edge repairs, trailing edge repairs, and surface finishing.
- Conduct resin mixing, fibre preparation, vacuum processes, sanding, and finishing works.
- Ensure repairs are completed in line with OEM procedures, repair specifications, and client quality requirements.
- Act as IRATA Level 3 supervisor, ensuring safe rope access practices are maintained.
- Complete rope access rescue planning and support emergency procedures when required.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
